We are not all avid readers. Not everyone can sit with their nose in a book for hours on end. But we all read. Everyday, all around us, we take in the words that surround us. These words shape us: from the tortoise and the hare story we all read at a young age that taught us patience, to the latest news story about an incredible comeback that teaches us to hope.

All stories teach us lessons, no one should have the power to limit what we learn and who we can be.
